(all sessions are designed for a group, specific issues may need to be addressed in individual sessions)
Hypnotic Meditation for more restful sleep: This session is for those who wish to fall asleep more easily
and to deepen their sleep. It will focus on sleep patterns that are designed to recharge the body in the
overnight hours feeling refreshed and energized the next day. Participants may find after the session they
feel balanced and relaxed and have tools that will assist them in promoting restful sleep day after day.
Hypnotic Meditation for relief of chronic pain: This session is for those who have specific aches and pains
that they wish to address and find relief from. Some techniques will be used that will help the participant
identify the areas of discomfort and also emotional distress associated with the pain.
Hypnotic Meditation for Relaxation: This session is for those who wish to learn and feel the valuable benefits
that being deeply relaxed can bring. Give yourself permission to attend so that you may experience benefits of
which include decreased muscle tension, enhanced immune system function, increased blood flow and slowing of
the heart rate, improved concentration and relief of stress.
Hypnotic Meditation to access inner wisdom: A powerful session for those who wish to deepen their
experience with Meditation. Techniques are designed to assist participants in gaining access to their inner
wisdom. This inner wisdom contains all the information that one may need to heal themselves from the inside out.
Healing may occur on the physical level, the emotional level, the intellectual level or the spiritual level. Participants
may come with specific questions they wish answered or simply come to investigate what their inner wisdom wishes
to express to them at this time.
